    technically强调事实,意思是"实际上来说"或者"严格上来说"...通俗理解"这么说吧"...例子嘛,就是你那个成仙的三...不过应该放在后面那句话里面,而不是前面那个"炒了一次饭,吃了一个星期"里面,星期后面应该是句号,literally改成technically,后面接逗号.
    literally是指字面意思三,举个例子就很简单了,比如,i'm having cold feet,意思是,我有点儿打退堂鼓了;但是i'm having cold feet,literally! 就是指字面意思...我的脚真的很冷...一般来说有引申义的表达方式才会涉及使用literally...
    不过想一下,你如果把literally放到成仙后面,倒是也可以这么用,表示你真的要成仙了...
    BTW,Shirley同学的翻译很质朴,很到位...
